Local pickup is for customers in the Lower Mainland of BC only and orders must be picked up in New Westminster.

All sets come with detailed application instructions, troubleshooting tips and a beautiful holographic storage bag for safe keeping.

Please see the “How to Measure” guide when selecting custom sizing. If you have trouble or are unsure about your measurements, please order a sizing kit before you order your first set to ensure a perfect fit. Please measure your nails, even when purchasing a S/M/L set! For more information and detailed instructions, please see the Shapes & Sizing page. I am not responsible for incorrect measurements.

If you need a replacement nail, or one is an incorrect size, please message me to arrange purchase. All colours as they appear on screen may be slightly different in person due to lighting and monitor/phone calibration.

Processing time and shipping are separate. Processing time is the time it takes me to create your nails, which could be up to a week or longer during peak times. Shipping times vary as per Canada Post.

Application kits with nail glue are only available for purchase within Canada. Kits without glue, which contain adhesive tabs and everything else you need to apply your nails.

Never apply nails to broken, infected or inflamed nails or skin. Use glue only as directed in the application instructions. If any of the nails start to lift, remove per instructions to prevent possible psuedomonas bacteria from forming.
